The SAIS laboratory at the ECE Department provides faculty and students with access to the state-of-the-art facilities for design, verification, testing and development of complex microelectronics systems, ranging from programmable FPGA to custom VLSI circuits. Our software and hardware facilities are supported by many leading industrial partners, including Sun Microsystems Academic Excellence Grant (AEG), Mentor Graphics High Education Program (HEP), Xilinx University Program (XUP), and Altera University Program. Chips designed will be fabricated through the MOSIS Educational Program (MEP).

If you want to know more information regarding our research and educational program in SAIS, please feel free to contact Prof. Haibo He ( hhe@stevens.edu ). For account creation and network management, please contact Wei Wang (Sun System Administrator: wwang3@stevens.edu ).

We acknowledge the support from Army Picatinny, Sun Microsystems, Mentor Graphics, Xilinx, Altera and MOSIS for our research and educational program.
