Emil C. Neu earned the M.E. and M.S. degrees from Stevens Institute of Technology and the D.Eng.Sc. degree from Newark College of Engineering. He began teaching as an Instructor of Electrical Engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology and presently is Professor Emeritus of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Stevens. Dr. Neu has done research in the areas of reliability, computer-aided testing, computer-aided network analysis, and partial period Fourier Series. He is currently working on the integration of computers and modern teaching methods into the Engineering Curriculum. Dr. Neu has received grants from NASA and NSF and is the author of numerous technical papers. He has directed the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, the department's UNIX Laboratory, and the Personal Computer Assistance Program. Dr. Neu has been Secretary of the Faculty and Coordinator of Graduate Advising.
